The New York Jewish Week highlights Extend Fertility’s partnership with Organization for the Resolution of Agunot
The New York Jewish Week highlights our new partnership with ORA (Organization for the Resolution of Agunot), a group that supports Jewish women trapped in broken marriages—often for years—because their husband refuses to provide a get, or religious divorce. ORA has introduced a grant that would financially sponsor at least one agunah to freeze her eggs here at Extend Fertility.
“We know that get-refusers can weaponize a woman’s biological clock against her,” said Keshet Starr, the executive director of the Organization for the Resolution of Agunot (ORA). The partnership was orchestrated by our own Dr. Maslow, who is also an active member of the Orthodox Jewish community.
