“Four months after expanding into in vitro fertilization, Extend Fertility has raised $15 million and tapped a new CEO. Private-equity firm Regal Healthcare Capital Partners made the Series A investment, which the Manhattan-based company will use to expand into new business lines and geographic markets. Anne Hogarty, who most recently served as chief business officer at Prelude Fertility and president of MyEggBank, will helm the company.”
